RED, WHITE, AND TUNA
by Jaston Williams, Joe Sears, & Ed Howard
Raymond Kester, Andrew Persinger, and Martin Stapleton reprise their roles in this, the third in a series of comedic plays (GREATER TUNA, A TUNA CHRISTMAS, TUNA DOES VEGAS) each set in the fictional town of Tuna, Texas, the “third-smallest” town in the state. The plays are at once an affectionate comment on small-town, Southern life and attitudes but also a withering satire of same. The plays are notable in that these three men play the entire cast of nearly twenty eccentric characters of both genders and various ages. Directed by Tiffany Johnson, this production will be held in the FELLOWSHIP HALL at CENTRAL CHRISTIAN CHURCH (just down the hall from THE ALLEY THEATRE. There will be tables of 8 and chairs, bring an indoor "picnic" and a bottle of wine, – come enjoy the show.
Friday and Saturday performances at 7:00pm / Sunday's performance is at 2:00pm.
